Divorce settlements, Prenups, Who is entitled to what??!!

Many of you may have seen the recent posts with all the Celebrity Break-ups and of course money is at the top of the discussion. I'll speak of one in particular Randy Jackson (American Idol) and his wife are getting a divorce and she is due to get HALF of his earnings which is 40 million. There was no pre-nup. The opinions from all the pages I have read thus far is split down the middle all the women saying she deserves HALF and most of the men saying hell NO! There were a ton of opinions.  Some of the comments I've read women are saying she was with him for 20 years she deserves it and some feel like he put in the work she doesn't deserve half.  Leave your comments below.

    If she was there for 20 years than that means she was there from the beginning so she deserves half. I'm sure she tolerated a lot with him working all the time, holding down the folk and all
    If he had a problem with that then it's cheaper to keep her. Get your life!

By now we have all heard or know what happened to Ray Rice.
