Introducing the MUA (Make Up Artist) of the week Janice Laila Smith!
She is a triple threat not only is she an amazing Make Up Artist she's also a Designer and Hair Stylist. Janice Laila Smith is a funny, outspoken southern bell who started acting at the age of 14 in her home church in Miami Dade, FL. From there she went on to study Fashion at Design and Architecture Sr. High School (DASH). After graduating Janice went to Miami Dade Community College to start her studies in theater and dance. After two and half years, Janice was signed to to a talent agency where she was booked for extra work, but Janice wanted more. In 2006 with only $3,000 and two bags, Janice moved to New York to further her acting career and her dreams of becoming a designer. Janice was the first of three children to move out on her own. Since then, Janice has made Brooklyn her home and continues to build her resume in acting and design.
