The "snap back" foolery after pregnancy!!!

It seems like social media has many people fooled about what you're suppose to look like after giving birth! Every woman is different and what may take you two months may take another woman a lot longer. We are all looking at the Instagram models who have had surgery and thinking this is normal. I personally lost a lot of my weight fast twenty eight pounds to date three months post baby but the next woman may not be able to do that. Support the moms who have just had a baby and had to adjust their lifestyles because of their bundle of joy.  What you did during and before pregnancy is important for a healthy pregnancy. I had a very active lifestyle.  I worked out and tried to eat well.  Breast feeding also helps with weight loss in addition to be being very healthy for your little one. Please leave your suggestions for the moms who are trying to lose their baby weight the right way. Stop the body shaming!!!  Below are some helpful tips from parents magazine.  http://www.
